Yesterday I was desperately looking for a replacement part for my swimming pool's filtration system. I had spent hours looking online and making phone calls. I was fortunate enough to leave a voicemail for Scott describing the issue I was having. In no time he called me back. He asked where I lived and I told him in Minnesota. He said unfortunately, I don't have online ordering and I am in Texas. I thanked him for his time and said that I would not be able to make it to Texas (ha) and I appreciated his help. He then said, I think I can help you anyway. He had done all the research before he called me back. He knew exactly what I needed, and where to get it. He even sent me a link on Amazon that led me directly to the part I needed. He was so kind and so helpful. He saved me so much time and energy. He went above and beyond helping an old lady in Minnesota fix her pool. I'm very grateful I found his name online. Do not hesitate to work with Scott. He will do anything to help you. I just know it. He truly provides the service you rarely find anymore with small or large businesses. He puts the customer first.

Scott didn’t have to do what he did, but he did! He called me and he took me step by step troubleshooting what he thought was the problem with my pool. 15 minutes later he, along with his assistant (me), had the problem fixed and he didn’t charge me a dime! That kind of service deserves getting paid but he refused to take my money.

Scott was incredibly helpful with our pool pump issues. After coming out initially, we later had a minor issue and instead of immediately scheduling another service call, he took the time to walk us through troubleshooting it over the phone.
