The $627 installed price applies only to:
- 1/2HP – 2.4THP
- Residential service
- Single-speed pool & spa motors
4. Warranty Terms
We offer industry-leading warranties:
- 2-Year Manufacturer Replacement Parts Warranty
- 2-Year Replacement Labor Warranty
- 90-Day Installation Materials & Workmanship Guarantee
Warranty may be voided if:
- Skimmer/pump baskets are not cleaned regularly
- Equipment is operated without water flow
- Damage results from improper maintenance
Pool owner is responsible for proper care and cleaning of baskets and filtration equipment.
5. Service Appointments & Access
You agree to:
- Provide safe access to pool equipment
- Ensure the pump area is clear and reachable
- Provide accurate equipment details when scheduling
- If conditions prevent service completion, additional fees may apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing equipment damage
- Plumbing or electrical issues unrelated to the motor/pump
- Flooding, leaks, or structural issues caused by failed equipment
- Damage resulting from improper pool maintenance
Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Texas law.
7. Intellectual Property
